The Athletic Performance Program at CrossFit Hidden Pond Park is an individualized program designed to help serious athletes achieve success in their chosen sport(s). Our program is designed to improve an athlete’s strength, speed, power, mobility, coordination, and cardiovascular qualities. We have helped many athletes, ranging from youth to professional, excel in the past; and we look forward to the opportunity of including you in this successful program.
Program Details:

-Goal setting

-Physical Assessment: Body Composition Testing, Strength Testing, Movement Screen, and Conditioning Test

-Nutritional Guidance and Support

-Program runs 2-5x a week based on training goals, level, and time of year
