CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that utilizes a wide array of training methods and nutritional practices. These methods include speed and agility training, plyometrics, gymnastics, powerlifting, strongman training, Olympic lifting, and the consumption of whole foods. By incorporating the best practices of each method, we can produce amazing results. Through practice and dedication, you will be able to create the best version of yourself.
The CrossFit Hidden Pond Park approach is simple and effective. During each class your coach will lead you through a group warm up (that includes mobility, stabilization, and activation drills.) This is followed by strength and/or skill work. Next it is on to the Work Capacity (where the magic happens,) followed by a cooldown and review of the workout.
