“Wow.  Where do I start?  My back has strengthened – I have had herniated discs for some years now.  I can now deadlift and the weight keeps rising.  I have had trouble getting to proper depth on squats – that has improved now.  While it has taken time, I am consistently improving and performing movements I never imagined I ever would.  I think of the coaches and other members as my fitness “family.”  Don’t be afraid to begin, don’t feel you are unable to do CrossFit.  There are scaled workouts and the coaches can work with any injuries you may have.  It’s fun and addicting!  I look forward to each WOD.”
